The customer is responsible for accuracy, legality, and rights of submitted files.
Parts are not intended for safety-critical applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability for indirect damages or loss of profit where legally permitted.
3D printed parts may show process-related deviations.
Delivery times are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
Payment is due within 14 days.
Goods remain property of SolutionFrom - Mittmann & Krömer GbR until fully paid.
Jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
